Mobile IPv4 proxies in Russia

A dedicated 4G/LTE device with a Russian SIM card, used by you alone: 2 500 ₽ (≈ $26) per month, unlimited traffic, IP rotation by link or by timer. Farms in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kazan, delivery 2 minutes after payment.

Mobile IPv4 proxies route your traffic through the SIM card of a real Russian carrier. The target site sees an address that thousands of subscribers in the same cell are using at that very moment, so blocking it is costly: real users would be hit too. This is the main reason Avito, Instagram, WhatsApp, Yandex and ad platforms tolerate mobile IPs far better than datacenter ones.

ProxyFarm's core product is a dedicated device for 2 500 ₽ (≈ $26) per month that is never shared with anyone else. For testing and light tasks there is a shared channel from 490 ₽ (≈ $5). The devices sit in our own racks, traffic runs over aggregated LTE links, and you switch carrier, region and rotation mode in the dashboard without opening a support ticket.

How ProxyFarm mobile proxies work

Each device carries a SIM card from one of four carriers. The carrier assigns addresses through CGNAT, so a single public IPv4 is shared by hundreds of subscribers. When you rotate, the device reconnects to the network and receives a new address from the carrier's pool in the same region.

Every channel serves both HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 on one port, with login/password or IP whitelist authentication.

Why mobile proxies beat datacenter IPv4

A datacenter address belongs to a hosting provider, and platform anti-fraud systems know its ASN. A mobile address belongs to a cellular carrier with real people behind it, so it earns noticeably more trust. That trust has a price: a mobile channel costs more and speed is limited by LTE.

If your platform is not on the “mobile” list, start with dedicated IPv4 proxies: they cost less, and you will most likely see no difference in results.

FAQ

How much does a mobile proxy cost?

A dedicated device with a Russian SIM card costs 2 500 ₽ per month; 2 125 ₽ with quarterly payment and 1 875 ₽ with yearly payment. A shared channel used by up to 5 customers costs 490 ₽ per month.

How many accounts can I run on one device?

On a dedicated device we recommend up to 5 accounts of one platform with rotation every few hours. On a shared channel the address is split between up to 5 customers, so it suits testing and occasional tasks.

How often does the IP change?

As often as you set: by link at any moment, by timer from 2 minutes to 24 hours, or with no forced change at all. The carrier may also reassign the address on reconnection, usually every 6–24 hours.

Is there a traffic limit?

No. Every mobile proxy plan comes with unlimited traffic. Only speed is capped: up to 15 Mbit/s on a shared channel and up to 40 Mbit/s on a dedicated one.

Can I choose a specific carrier?

Yes, on dedicated and corporate plans. On a shared channel the carrier is assigned from the pool, but you can see it in the dashboard before paying.

Is SOCKS5 supported?

Yes. Every channel serves HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 on the same port at the same time, with login/password or IP whitelist authentication.

What to choose

The type depends on the platform. If an IP does not fit within the first 24 hours, we replace it for free or refund.
