1. What data we collect
- Contact details at sign-up: email address, Telegram username, phone number (optional).
- Payment data is processed by the payment provider; we store only the payment ID and the amount.
- Company details of legal entities for invoicing.
- Technical data: the IP address used to log in to the dashboard and to connect to the proxies, traffic volume, number of connections, session times.
- Cookies and web analytics data (Yandex Metrica) used to improve the site.
2. Why we collect it
To deliver the services and handle billing, to communicate about service matters, to comply with legal requirements, to prevent abuse and to improve the website. The content of traffic passing through the proxies is neither analysed nor stored.
3. Retention periods
Account data is kept until the user deletes the account. Technical metrics are kept for 90 days. Payment documents for legal entities are kept for 5 years as required by Russian accounting law.
4. Sharing with third parties
Data is shared only with payment providers to process payments, with the email service used for notifications, and with government authorities on a lawful request. Data is never sold or passed to advertising networks.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account by writing to support@proxyfarm.ru. Requests are handled within 10 business days. Analytics cookies can be disabled in your browser settings.
