Below is a condensed English summary of the offer. The full Russian text with all annexes is available in the dashboard and is sent by email on request. This summary is provided for convenience only and is not a legally binding document: the Russian-language offer governs the relationship between the Provider and the Customer. Before the site goes live the text must be reviewed by a lawyer and completed with real company details.
1. Subject of the agreement
1.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to proxy servers (the Services) under the plan the Customer selects, and the Customer pays for the Services as set out in this offer.
1.2. The list of plans, technical specifications and prices are published on the pricing page and form an integral part of the offer.
1.3. The Services are delivered remotely through the customer dashboard on the Provider’s website.
2. Service delivery
2.1. Access is granted automatically after payment is received; the delivery time does not exceed 24 hours.
2.2. The Customer receives credentials in the dashboard and agrees not to share them with third parties.
2.3. The Provider may replace an IP address with an equivalent one when technically necessary, notifying the Customer.
2.4. Guaranteed availability is 99.9 % per month for datacenter proxies and 99.5 % for mobile proxies; if the guarantee is breached, the rental term is extended in proportion to the downtime.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. The price is determined by the plan in effect at the time of payment. The Provider may change prices for future periods with 7 days’ notice on the website.
3.2. Payment is made by the methods listed on the payment page. The Services are considered paid once the funds are credited.
3.3. Refunds: within 24 hours of the first payment the full amount is refunded on the Customer’s request; in other cases the balance for the unused period is credited to the dashboard balance.
4. Acceptable use
4.1. It is prohibited to use the Services for sending spam, DDoS attacks, vulnerability scanning without the owner’s permission, distributing malware, fraud, copyright infringement or any other activity that violates the laws of the Russian Federation or the country where the server is located.
4.2. On receiving a substantiated abuse complaint the Provider may suspend access until the circumstances are clarified and, if the violation is confirmed, terminate the agreement without a refund.
4.3. The Customer is solely responsible for complying with the rules of third-party services accessed through the proxies.
5. Confidentiality and data
5.1. The Provider does not store the content of traffic. For billing and abuse prevention the following technical metrics are kept for 90 days: traffic volume, number of connections, session times and the IP addresses used to connect to the proxies.
5.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy and Russian Federal Law 152-FZ on personal data.
6. Liability and disputes
6.1. The Provider’s liability is limited to the cost of Services that were paid for but not delivered.
6.2. The Provider is not responsible for the blocking of the Customer’s accounts by third-party services or for the unavailability of third-party resources.
6.3. Disputes are resolved through negotiation; a written claim is mandatory before litigation, with a response time of 10 business days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is referred to the court at the Provider’s location.
7. Term and language
7.1. The offer takes effect on publication and remains in force until withdrawn. Amendments are published on this page and apply to new orders from the moment of publication.
7.2. This English summary is provided for information only. The Russian-language offer is the sole legally binding version and prevails in case of any conflict or ambiguity.
