- Technical question. Message us in Telegram with the proxy address and the software it is failing in. An engineer joins within 10–15 minutes.
- Choosing a plan. Tell us the platform, the number of accounts or threads and the region. We will recommend a proxy type and set up a free trial.
- Documents and company payments. Email support@proxyfarm.ru with your company details; invoices are issued within an hour during business hours. See the payment page.
- Abuse reports. Email abuse@proxyfarm.ru; every report is investigated within 24 hours.
Office
Moscow, Primernaya St. 1, office 12. Visits by prior arrangement on weekdays from 10:00 to 19:00. Our equipment is hosted in data centres in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kazan; we do not offer tours. Company details are listed on the about page.
