What is my IP address

This page shows the IP address, country and ISP that websites see. Open it through your proxy to confirm the connection is set up correctly.

Data is detected in your browser via a public IP geolocation service. If you are using a proxy, you should see the proxy address here, not your home IP.

If the proxy is connected correctly, you will see the address and country of the proxy here, not those of your home ISP. If you still see your usual address, check the settings in your software: protocol type, port and authentication.

What to check after connecting a proxy

  • IPv4. It should match the proxy address or, for rotating and mobile proxies, an address from the right pool and region.
  • IPv6. If you are using an IPv6 proxy, this is the address that should appear. If you see “no IPv6” with an IPv6 proxy, your software does not support the protocol.
  • Country and city. They should match the geo you bought. Geolocation databases are sometimes wrong at city level, but the country is always accurate.
  • ISP and ASN. Mobile proxies show a cellular carrier, residential proxies a home ISP, datacenter proxies a hosting provider.
  • Time zone and browser language. In anti-detect browsers these should match the proxy region, otherwise platforms spot the mismatch.

Leaks that the IP address does not reveal

Even with the right address, a website can learn your real location through WebRTC, DNS requests that bypass the proxy, or the system time zone. For browser work use an anti-detect browser or an extension that disables WebRTC, and set the proxy provider’s DNS. In software, enable the “DNS through proxy” option (for SOCKS5 this is the socks5h mode). To test a whole list of addresses for availability and latency, use the proxy checker.

Which proxy to choose if the address does not suit the platform

If a website shows captchas or blocks a datacenter address, switch to mobile proxies for Russian platforms or residential proxies for international ones. Mobile IPv4 channels start at 490 ₽ (≈ $5) per month on a shared channel; a dedicated device costs 2 500 ₽ (≈ $26). Full price list is on the pricing page.

FAQ

Why is the city detected incorrectly?

Geolocation databases map an address to the city where the IP block is registered, not to its physical location. Country and region are detected accurately; the city may differ.

Why is no IPv6 address detected?

Your ISP or proxy does not provide IPv6. For most tasks this is perfectly normal. If you bought an IPv6 proxy and see “no IPv6”, your software does not support the protocol.

Do you store visitor data?

The page requests the data from a public geolocation service directly from your browser; nothing is stored on our server.
