Paying as a company
- In the dashboard choose “Invoice for a company” and enter your tax ID (INN): the company details are filled in automatically.
- Download the invoice and pay it from your business account.
- Once the funds arrive, proxies are delivered automatically; the act of acceptance and VAT invoice are emailed to you and stored in the dashboard.
- For regular customers: a contract with post-payment, electronic document exchange (Diadoc, SBIS) and a 99.5 % SLA on mobile channels.

Refunds
- First 24 hours after your first payment. We refund 100 % to the same payment method on request to support. No reason required.
- Later. The remaining amount for full unused days is credited to your dashboard balance and can be spent on any service.
- Residential traffic. Unused gigabytes never expire, but they are not refunded in cash.
- Address replacement. If an IP does not suit your platform, we replace it free of charge within the first 24 hours instead of a refund.
Card refunds take up to 5 business days, USDT refunds up to 1 day.
Auto-renewal and balance
Auto-renewal is enabled per order in the dashboard. One day before the term ends the system charges your balance and the addresses stay the same. If the balance is insufficient, you get a reminder in Telegram and by email, and the addresses are held for another 48 hours. Do you issue receipts?
Yes. An electronic receipt compliant with Russian fiscal law (54-FZ) is emailed after every payment by card, SBP or YooMoney.
Can I pay with a non-Russian card?
Yes, via USDT TRC-20. Direct payment with foreign-issued cards is temporarily unavailable.
How do I get the closing documents for last month?
All documents are stored in the dashboard under “Documents” and are also emailed automatically.
Is there a minimum payment?
